Birth work, reimagined - one powerful woman, beside another.

A full-spectrum doula training for women ready to change their own lives - and the lives of the women they’ll go on to hold.

You've felt it for a while now, haven't you?

The pull towards birth. The sense that you're meant to be in the room - steady, unshakeable, holding a woman through the most powerful hours of her life. Maybe it started with your own birth. Maybe it's been quietly growing for years. Either way, you're here - which means some part of you already knows. Birth is one of the most transformative experiences a woman will ever move through. And so much of birth work is quietly positioned as service - the doula as helper, as assistant, as the one who fetches and waits.

This is something different.

You're not there to serve from beneath. You're there to meet her as an equal - one powerful woman beside another - and to help her realise the sheer power of what she's doing. To hold her not because she's fragile, but because being truly held is what lets a woman find her own strength. To witness the moment she discovers she was capable all along. And to feel the joy of that - because there is so much joy in this work.

If you've ever felt yourself gravitating towards women in the middle of something big - sensing their power before they can, wanting to help them see it - that instinct isn't small. It's the whole job. It's what makes a doula unforgettable.

And it's what this training is built to grow in you.

Who you’ll be, by the end of Becoming Doula

Two women sitting on a beige couch, smiling and talking with each other. One woman is holding a laptop, and they are in a brightly lit room with light-colored walls and wooden flooring.

01 You'll hold a woman through her birth and matrescence with genuine confidence - understanding what her body and mind truly need, in any setting.

02 You'll help women know their rights and make choices that are actually theirs - even when the system pushes the other way.

03 You'll be a steady, grounding presence in the room - knowing what to do, and when to simply be there.

04 You'll support families through the tender fourth trimester - from feeding to the enormous identity shift of new motherhood.

05 You'll hold the harder moments - loss, trauma, the unexpected - with care, and protect your own heart while you do.

06 You'll keep yourself safe and boundaried as a practitioner, in homes and clinical spaces alike.

07 You'll build a doula business that's genuinely sustainable - priced with confidence, shaped around the life you actually want.

Who you’ll learn from

I've supported celebrity families, Olympians, and women whose work demands they're the most powerful person in every room - women who needed someone who could meet them as an equal.

I've held every kind of birth. And I'll never tell you whose. That discretion is exactly what they came to me for - and exactly what I'll teach you.

Here's the part that most trainers can't say: I did it while mothering two small children - quickly becoming fully booked and replacing my media director's salary, working only with the clients I choose, in the spaces I create.

Because before birth called me home, I spent over a decade in global advertising as a director - learning exactly how trust is built and how a name comes to mean something. When I became a doula, that same instinct for brand and positioning let me build a practice the way I did: intentional, premium, and entirely my own. Home birth and VBAC became my specialism - the births the system too often tells women they can't have.

Becoming Doula is everything I know, poured into one place: the physiology and the fire, the presence and the boundaries, the sacred and the strategic.

I'm not teaching you a theory of how this could work. I'm handing you the way I actually built it.

This doula training isn’t for everyone. On purpose.

It's for you if:

  • You feel called to birth work and you're ready to take it seriously, not dabble

  • You want to learn the real, embodied craft - not just pass a certificate

  • You believe women deserve better than the system often gives them

  • You're willing to do the inner work, not just the reading

  • You want to build something sustainable - a practice shaped around your life, not one that swallows it

It's not for you if:

  • You're looking for the cheapest, fastest route to a title

  • You want to be told exactly what to think about every birth

  • You'd rather stay comfortable than be changed by this

  • You're not ready to value your own work - yet

Why train with me?

You could learn the basics anywhere. This isn't that.

Most trainings hand you a curriculum and a certificate. I'm handing you the way I built a practice that celebrity families and Olympians seek out - the presence, the boundaries, the philosophy, and the business behind it.

It's independent by choice - built around a fuller, whole-woman way of working than any approved curriculum allows, and mapped so it holds its own against any recognised course. You learn the real thing, the way I actually do it.

You're not paying for a certificate. You're being trained by the doula those women called - and shown, step by step, how to become the one others call too.

Blended doula training - the best of both worlds

Here’s how our trainings work…

A woman sitting on the floor with her eyes closed and a woman standing behind her, gently massaging her shoulders. The woman sitting has long dark hair, a striped shirt, and black pants. The woman standing has long blonde hair, a light-colored top, and blue jeans. There is a large Monstera plant in a woven basket to the right.

The adventure to becoming the doula of your dreams

The deep, hands-on learning happens in person, where it belongs. The knowledge is taught live online. Then you're supported through real births until you're qualified and confident.

  • 3 face-to-face days for the embodied, in-the-room learning

  • 5 live online sessions for the taught knowledge

  • 4 supported births with my mentoring, until you're qualified

  • Around 4 months from start to finish, at a pace that holds you

A training manual and pre-work arrive before we begin, so you start deep rather than from scratch. Your supported practice - the mentoring through your qualifying births - is included. Ongoing mentoring beyond that is available separately, if you'd like it.
